Our Senior Management

Christopher R. Hawkins, G.S.C.

Christopher is the fourth generation of the Hawkins’ family notable construction company founded in Hamilton, Ontario in 1902. He has 40+ years of experience spread between residential, commercial, academic, hospitals and senior’s residences. Through his career he has held senior positions with some of the largest construction firms in the country, has extensive estimating experience and is Gold Seal Certified in estimating as well as project management.

Christopher has completed approximately 25 condominium projects over the past 30 years and is one of the most seasoned and experienced condo builders in Ontario. Christopher has a very flexible personality and uses a hands-on approach to oversee costs, schedules, budget and cost reporting, as well as fast tracking construction projects using his extensive experience.

Christopher has 40+ years of construction management experience and has overseen or participated in the completion of over 150 projects; including universities, hospitals, low and high rise residential and signature commercial buildings. Most recently, Christopher was commissioned to oversee/manage construction of the $250 million dollar redevelopment of the Queenston International Border Crossing Plaza, located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.

In addition, Christopher has participated in writing a teaching manual for Construction Management used in several community colleges.

Suresh Patel, P Eng.
A graduate of M.S. University, Suresh Patel has over 35 years of construction experience with a working knowledge of different codes related to projects located in Africa, Canada and the U.S. He is involved in contract administration on various projects for several architecture firms. Suresh has been involved in projects from the early stages of the planning to construction, handing over the projects to owners, including setting up budgets, cost control and scheduling.







Robert Garside
Robert Garside is an experienced estimator and cost consultant with 37 years of construction experience in Southern Ontario. He is involved in ongoing cost consulting on major residential, commercial, institutional projects working closely with on-site personnel, architects and consultant. He is involved in many projects from pre-construction to on-site completion and hand-over. Christopher and Rob have worked together over the past 30 years on an ongoing basis.








Andrew Moore, P Eng.
Andrew Moore is a graduate of University of Waterloo BASc. Has provided Engineering Services for numerous clients in the Toronto area for the past 40 year including: Design/ Build services, M&E Co-ordination, Commissioning and Project Management. His career has included such projects as: Toronto Airport Utilities Building , York University’s Schulic School of Businesss and CCBR Research Laboratory, Mac Master’s De Groute Business School and Physical Education Facility, Marriot Hotels, Citi Group, Customs facilities in Niagara Falls and Queenston, and Union Station Redevelopment.

CRHBUILD is under numerous construction management agreements, with several developers constructing high rise condominiums and university residences in Toronto, Ontario; Collectively building over 1,000 units currently.
