Remebering RA (Bud) Hawkins - 1931-2018


From 1958 to 1985 RA was Vice President/President of GA Hawkins Construction (incorporated 1902).

Following his tenure at Hawkins Construction he then taught Construction Management for 15 years in colleges.

Hawkins Construction were project managers of the second major renovation (1980) of the Elora Mill Hotel adding large top floor penthouse suites of approximately 800 to 1000 ft.² each.

Hawkins construction had major accounts with Firestone, building and renovating numerous stores throughout Ontario during the 80s.

Hawkins construction had a major account with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, renovating and building approximately 30 locations through the 60s 70s and 80s,
