• CRH Build's professional services are very flexible
• Staff can be hired on an hourly rate with a minimum of 5 hours per day, plus expenses
• Fees can be established for different stages of construction, such as; pre-construction, construction stage and post construction
• Fees can be established on a percentage of construction costs. Levels of services can be negotiated, as follows:
      ◦ Acting Executive on behalf of the Developer/Owner
      ◦ Staff, Project Managers, Superintendents, Back-up Staff
