"FIVE Condos at 5 St. Joseph is a 48-storey residential condominium project located in the heart of downtown Toronto. The project consists of 539 residential units and 11,250 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space. The project incorporates modern architecture with existing heritage architecture. The historical preservation involves the retention of the four-storey 1905 Gothic revival façade of 5 St. Joseph which will be one of the largest façade retentions ever undertaken in Toronto. The building also includes a 10,000 sq. ft. amenity center and a 6,000 sq. ft outdoor roof garden. Five is the winder of the BILD Condo of the Year Award, 2011.
